SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST

A MEMBER OF OUR TEAM WILL REVIEW YOUR APPLICATION AND SEND YOU A REPLY WITHIN 3-5 DAYS. A PAYPAL REQUEST FOR 50% OF TOTAL BALANCE WILL BE ISSUED UPON APPROVAL. TABLES WILL ONLY BE RESERVED ONCE INITIAL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

Vendor/Sponsor Participation 

Each participant is asked to donate a product or service of your choice for a customer giveaway and items for swag bags. Please be ready to submit items upon arrival. Please note, it is vendor responsibility as well to market the event. The success of the event depends on all vendor participation.

 

Setup Rules

Each vendor is required to be at the venue for setup at 9:00. The doors will open promptly at 10:30 a.m. We thank you in advance for your cooperation with this setup process.
